Breann Smith is a visionary, ordained leader, author, transformational speaker, and educator whose voice calls people beyond performance and into purpose, authenticity, healing, and spiritual renewal. With a compelling blend of biblical truth, lived experience, leadership, and transparency, Breann carries a message that reaches beyond inspiration, inviting people to confront what has hidden them, rediscover who they are, and boldly become who God has called them to be.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Breann was raised in a rich legacy of faith and ministry. Her spiritual foundation was established at Holy Rock Baptist Church under the leadership of her grandfather, the late Rev. L. L. Johnson. What began as a foundation inherited through generations became a calling she embraced for herself, shaping her into a servant leader with a deep commitment to ministry, people, and transformation.

Throughout her journey, Breann has served across ministry, administration, leadership, education, and community engagement. Her experiences have shaped a perspective that reaches both the pulpit and the marketplace. She believes purpose is not confined to a platform. It is revealed in how we lead, how we serve, what we build, and how faithfully we respond to the assignments entrusted to us.

Breann’s educational journey reflects a commitment to both theological formation and leadership development. Her academic foundation was established through seminary, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Master of Divinity. Building upon that theological and ministerial foundation, Breann continued her education at Kairos Pacific University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies with a concentration in Worship Leadership and Formation. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership, further developing her capacity to lead, build, teach, and serve across ministry and organizational settings.

Breann is the author of RefresHER: Becoming the Woman Beneath the Mask, a transformative message centered on removing the masks created by expectations, disappointment, survival, titles, and the pressure to appear whole. RefresHER has become an extension of Breann’s larger mission to create spaces where women can encounter God honestly, embrace healing, rediscover their identity, and recognize that becoming does not require pretending.

At the heart of Breann’s message is a powerful conviction: you cannot fully become who you were created to be while continually hiding who you are.

As a visionary, Breann sees beyond what is and carries a passion for building what can be. She brings together faith, creativity, strategy, education, and service to develop experiences, resources, and initiatives designed to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Whether preaching from a pulpit, speaking at a conference, teaching leaders, engaging women in intimate conversations, or sharing through media and written work, Breann brings authenticity, substance, and purpose to every room. Her desire is not simply to inspire people for a moment, but to create encounters that provoke reflection, ignite transformation, and give people the courage to move forward differently.
