Processing Time

All signed book orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During book launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–21 business days (delivery times may vary due to customs processing)

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at refresher2023@gmail.com before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
